A new trade-in option for customers purchasing new devices, in partnership with Starlink, has been announced by Qatar’s leading telecommunications operator.

The new trade-in service allows customers to take their old device to selected Ooredoo shops or Starlink outlets and receive credit to trade it in for a new device. Credit amount will depend upon the specifics of the device being traded in, said a Press note from Ooredoo.

Sabah Rabiah Al-Kuwari, director PR at Ooredoo, said, “We’re committed to offering complete customer satisfaction, and to sustainability, as part of our corporate strategy and this new service is a great example of both. Customers can rest assured they are doing their bit for the environment, and unlocking the residual value in their old devices at the same time.”
